When I started the social creative team at Kohl’s, it wasn’t easy. I had to hire a team of designers, writers, creators, videographers. Then explain to the photo studio team why we couldn’t just pick up the images from the catalog. Then convince executives it was ok to shoot photography on an Iphone. And finally, get up and running and prove that we were successful.
